For information:
- Apartements are available at arrival day from 3.30 pm, at departure day until 9.00 am
- If you arrival after 7.00 pm, please inform us per telephon
- If you depart earlier or cancellation you'll have to pay a charge
- Rates are valid for a holiday for 3 days
- Short stay until 3 days + 15%
- Old rates are not valid yet
- Changes, printerrors & errors expected.

Cancellation is only written valid. There are the austrian hotel agreements!

Terms and Condition: At us the AGBH's (Allgemeine Geschäfsbedinungen für die Hotellerie) apply. If you can not compete your vacation as planned or have to leave early , following cancellation conditions apply:
- Until 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
- From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 40 % of the price
- When you cancel during the last week before arrival or early departure we provide 100 % of the booking price invoiced
Insurance In order to save unnecessary cancellation fees, you can take out cancellation insurance. The European travel insurance will reimburse you in many cases ( Ex.: illness or accident ) these costs.
